Porch Profit Co. operates as a local resale and consignment service.
Because many items are pre-owned, open-box, shelf pulls, or unique one-of-a-kind products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
This Means:
No refunds
No returns
No exchanges
No store credit
Once an item is purchased and leaves our possession, the sale is complete.
2. Item Condition Disclosure
Many items sold through Porch Profit Co. may be:
Pre-owned
Open-box
Customer returns
Shelf pulls
Discontinued
Mystery box items
Therefore:
Packaging may vary
Minor imperfections may exist
Colors may appear differently in person
Accessories or manuals may be missing
You acknowledge that all items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Pickup Policy
All online orders must be picked up within the timeframe communicated on your order confirmation page or message.
Once picked up:
Porch Profit Co. is no longer responsible for the item
No adjustments, returns, or refunds will be provided
Failure to pick up an item may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Consignment Items
Consigned items belong to individual sellers.
Due to the nature of consignment sales:
Returns are not allowed
Refunds cannot be issued
Disputes regarding condition must be addressed before purchase
Once the buyer takes possession, the sale is final.
5. No Warranty
Porch Profit Co. does not provide warranties, express or implied, on any item sold.
This includes:
No guarantees of performance
No guarantees of fit, compatibility, or longevity
No manufacturer warranty coverage unless explicitly stated
All purchases are made at the buyer’s discretion and risk.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse
Wrong size

Misreading descriptions
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
